For study purposes, the Earth is commonly subdivided into four parts or “spheres”: geosphere, biosphere, hydrosphere, and atmosphere. The following video defines these spheres. These spheres are far from isolated; numerous materials move between and among these spheres. (Complements of Leila Meyer)
