      Set up an activity center where students can find and explore diagrams/models of various biological molecules, particularly of macromolecules. Here are some videos to help get started:

       

      The most abundant polymer on the world is cellulose, which is the main constituent of plant cell walls. Cellulose is basically strings of sugar (glucose) molecules attached end to end as shown below.
