The following link provides videos of Koko, the gorilla and her caretaker/trainer communicating in sign language, and more, the loving relationship they had together. (Koko passed away recently of old-age related problems, but that does not diminish the story.) Additional linked videos show and tell other stories of amazing friendship/care relationships between animals of different species. Please share your thoughts.
