Hi! I bought the digital copy as I live in a place that would have taken too long to get here. I am trying to print as I go because I want to highlight but it says that I need a password. Was this password given to us when we bought it or am I not allowed to print this?

I am sorry to say that the ebook version is not printable. This is the publisher’s decision. I think you can understand why. I have no way of changing that. Again sorry.
