Great ideas for new technologies often don’t just occur to special people (inventors). They come from those people carefully observing nature and asking, “How does the plant/animal do that”? Or, “Why does it have that feature? This is something we all can do. Then, investigation of how the plant/animal does it, provides the basic idea(s) for a new technology. The following site gives 10 examples. Please feel free to post more, and share your own observations and questions.
